Since we all know that taking piano from a parent doesn't work, picture me and mom, I'm teaching while Nate does the practicing part. I just get to listen and keep my mouth shut all week. It's kinda neat that Bart finally wants to put the time into practicing. I was worried that it would be a life long regret if he didn't take lessons, but I won't fight him to practice.
I'm really proud of him. He's already got his songs down after 20 minutes. But we do have to wait until next week. Maybe I'll ask Nate to work on posture and flashcards.
